Linda Craft Team, Realtors is hiring a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team of professionals with over 40 years of success serving the Triangle. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values excellence, hospitality, and service.
As a key support to our operations, you’ll help maintain our company’s signage for our properties for sale, oversee office maintenance, and manage vehicle inspections and repairs. If you’re a proactive person who identifies what needs to be done and approaches tasks with a positive attitude, we want to meet you!
Position Overview:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A friendly, professional demeanor with exceptional customer service instincts
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Light handyman experience and basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Familiarity with Triangle area roads
